We will exchange damaged or incorrect item(s) with new item(s) including shipping cost for free, and in case your item(s) out of stock and you don't want to exchange it for substitute item, then We’ll refund the full cost of the item(s) minus shipping costs. Item(s) can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
